American Training Resources Policies
Preview Policy
- We offer our videos on a 30-day “Free Preview Basis”, which allows you to preview the program(s) before committing to the purchase of the video(s). Upon extenuating circumstances, an extension is available with authorization from your Account Executive.
- American Training Resources, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of titles sent out on a preview and/or upon our discretion, elect not to ship previews.
- American Training Resources, Inc. will be responsible for the delivery and shipping charges via UPS Ground to a commercial address. Sorry, NO P.O. Boxes or Residential Addresses! You are responsible for the return delivery (including loss/damage on return shipments) and the return shipping charges. We recommend the use of a “traceable shipping service” back to our location for any video(s) you do not wish to purchase. For your protection, you may want to insure the shipment for the full retail value.
- “Free Previews” are for purchase or rental consideration only and the video(s) are not to be used for any employee training.
Purchase Policy
- To purchase a program, you may place an order online via the shopping cart or contact our Internet Sales Department at (800) 278-2780. We can include an invoice with the shipment via UPS Ground. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- For online orders, an Account Executive will phone you to confirm all pricing, shipping and payment information. In addition, we offer quantity discounts, promotional specials, Spanish versions and a DVD format on most of our titles.
- State sales tax will be added to Invoice for businesses located in California and Ohio.
- All Sales Are Final. If you wish to purchase a video(s) that you have not viewed, we recommend that you take advantage of our Free Preview (See Above).
Rental Policy
- We offer a standard Annual Rental Program, which entitles you to select one (1) video per month to be used for training at your location. The cost is $1,500.00 per year based on a one-time purchase.
- Should you require a custom rental program (i.e., multiple copies, multiple locations, leasing, etc.); please contact an Account Executive for pricing.
- Individual titles are available at a Monthly Rental Fee ($250 on most titles) which can be found on the product detail page.
Organizations located outside the United States
- Video(s) are for purchase only. Please contact our International Sales Department at (714) 480-1020 between the hours of 7AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday.
- All prices are USD (United States Dollar) plus shipping and handling fees.
- All titles available in VHS and DVD are produced in NTSC Format.
- Orders will be shipped upon payment of Invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Quantity Discounts
- We offer quantity discounts starting as few as three (3) copies.
- When ordering online, please enter the quantity you wish to purchase to calculate the “pre-discount” pricing. Upon confirmation of your order from an Account Executive, your discount (if applicable) will be determined.
Copyrights
- All programs, videos, DVDs, etc. are copyrighted materials and duplication of their content or any part thereof without written permission of the copyright holder or its authorized agent is strictly prohibited by Federal Law.
- Copyrighted materials are not to be used for broadcast and/or Intranet purposes without written consent (please contact an Account Executive for details on purchasing the Limited Licensing Rights).
- Videos, DVDs, printed materials, etc. may not be loaned, rented or resold without prior permission.
- Copyright infringement is investigated by the FBI and may constitute a felony, with a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
